Assignments of diverse scope and complexity encompassing HR, Payroll,Time & Labor and HR Call Center operations. Served as subject matter expert concerning new or projected areas of technology and operations.  Provided ongoing analysis, maintenance, technical and functional support for application systems throughout the organization.

  • Project Lead for Global Time & Labor system deployment and centralization of payroll operations to shared service environment to include Canadian payroll and time and labor operations.

  • Successful completion of Common Pay Master project.
  • Responsible for the electronic transmission of data to the various benefit vendors. To include maintenance, mapping and establishment of feeds as a result of vendor and/or plan changes as well as issue resolution and discrepancy analysis.
